This adapter is designed to work with the low voltage power of phone cable without external power.  

mobilePBX was developed for systematic control of home phone sets that are in increasing trend. mobilePBX saves the communication expenses of plural landline phones and plural mobile phones at home and in small office environment and improves their efficiency. Common mobile internet phone (mobile VoIP) solution is available limited to the environment that 3G or higher-level mobile phone and internet is available but mobilePBX of HelloDial makes the mobile internet phone call (mobile VoIP) possible regardless of the kind of mobile phone and internet service.
