Call Credit Deposit
Call Credit means the limit of business that may be run by a user with HelloDial for a month.

* Customer with automatic transfer for a credit card
he customer with automatic transfer for a credit card (excluding debit card, the credit card with deposit, and bad credit
customer) is exempted from $15.00 of activation fee when making a Plan Order and does not require deposition of his
or her credit card unless the customer’s business exceeds $300.00 for a month.

* Customer without automatic transfer for a credit card
The customer who did not request automatic transfer for his or her credit card should pay $15.00 of activation fee for
Plan Order limited to only one time. The customer, whose monthly payment is expected to exceed $50.00, should
deposit his or her expected monthly charge by the “Deposit Calculation Method” shown below.

Deposit Calculation Method : Expected monthly charge - $50.00 = Amount to be deposited for call credit


Speed Dial Calling Card for Mobile Phone (several countries only)
- HelloDial Calling Card is a speed dial calling card that has quite different from the common calling cards.

- Speed Dial Calling Card has the advantage that the entire family members may use it through mobile phones
  or common phones.

- The customer can easily make international telephone calls at low prices when he or she registers his or her family
   phone number and destination phone number in Mypage in the website ( www.HelloDial.com ) or the customer
   center of HelloDial.

- Common calling card service is also available and the card is issued free of charge when the customer request the card
   through the website or customer center.


Install

$4.50 (based on the USA)
The customer can directly install the system bearing the mobileDA transportation charge only.


$30.00 (bsed on the USA)
A HelloDial technician visits and helps the installation. However, if no service engineer is available in the area,
such service is not available.


Home or Business Phone Service (see At&t Home Phone Plan)
HelloDial provides at&t Phone Service in five stated only in the USA as the USA CLEC.

When the customer orders both mobileDA Plan and Home or Business Phone Service, more expenses may be saved;
the international call charges of Local, Long distance & International Calling, Calling Card, and Mobile Phone are
requested using a bill.
